Inspired by: Scryers Tabard

This outfit, built around Scryers Tabard, comes in two versions. The first one is priest-only, and the second one is wearable by any clothie and easily obtainable.

Priest only version:

Chest: anything without sleeves that will be covered by a tabard

Feet: Saltarello Shoes
Staff: Acrobatic Staff

non-class specific outfit:

You can get the recolour of the priest-only helm, Soulgaze Cowl.
Sadly, there are no lookalike shoulders that match the helm, so I have decided to keep the set simple.
